February 2011 – Avenue ISR To Help Honor Bank Enhance Its Customer Service In A New Way

February 2011 - Honor Bank has been serving Northern Michigan for 93 years. In February, Honor Bank engaged Avenue ISR to implement a new Customer Conversation Integration (SM) model in order to enhance sales and service effectiveness across retail and commercial operations of the bank.

The Customer Conversation will develop ways to bring together specific service and sales activities for all customer-facing employees so that they consistently:
· Win customer trust by providing meaningful advice
· Provide exemplary service in customer “moments of truth”
· Recognize and act upon more opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
