Banners is the global leader in event signage, large-format digital printing
and other creative solutions. Since its inception, the company has developed
dozens of product categories including printed tents, tradeshow fixtures,
hardware, POP signage and more.
Avenue
ISR conducted foundational customer research to identify cross-selling
opportunities in key categories. Approaches were straightforward, actionable
and impactful. The project was able to identify specific segments with unmet
needs and low awareness of some Britten categories. Ultimately, Avenue ISR was
able to produce a “road map” to match products to need and substantially expand
customer wallet share.
